Publication ⇋ ⇌ Communication

Both these words comprise important aspects of an organization.. In fact these two aspects can become inseparable while also nourishing each other. Which leads into which and which precedes which?
While Communication precedes Publications in almost any organization due to the representation in charts and work process. Publications also represent what the organization intends to communicate, in fact it can become the 'target modifier'.....

For an example the menu in a restaurant explains what they hope to present as their best option, but what has gone on the menu card would also be the "creme de la creme" as decided by the chefs involved ( to use restaurant language!)
In an organization such as ours with immersing into various fields and the presence of an array of audiences we have to consider a few lead factors that make the communi-publica ethic effective....

One of these factors would be the how well does the communication strategy relate to the publication model ? While there maybe several aspects worthwhile to communicate it all may not be feasible to be input in a publication mode such as a leaflet, flyer, post etc... and it may also not be feasible to have shorter inputs in many modes as well....
Another aspect is that how well do the publication modes go down well with each strata of communication levels? This may inculcate language, terminology, outlook, conclusions etc...
Thirdly is how can there be a research on the research of the impact on communication through publications. This will lead us to know where and how to reach the parties concerned.
