Registering Federation as a Publisher
I spoke to Mr. Malik Dharmawardene at the below phone number.
It looks like all that is required is to get the isbn number.

They shall accept a Trust - but we shall have to explain the deed - or send the
document we prepared in lieu of a deed - for one of our recent proposal submissions.
If the above does not work, after we register at Akurana DS - they give a document which should be adequate. But we dont need to wait for that.

It seems we dont need to worry about further registration anywhere. Joining SL Book Publishers Association is voluntary and would be considered after we published couple of books
